RWANDA
Chrissie
Mulindabigwi requests
prayer
for Gisenyi, an area north of
Rwanda,
which has suffered severe flooding. Many people
have lost their homes and belongings, including
20 believers.
Chrissie and a team are due to visit the
area for two days to assess the situation.
Please pray
for wisdom and sensitivity.
ZAMBIA
Short-term worker
Helen Hindson
was involved in a vehicle accident on 18th
September. She was transferred to
Lusaka
for further treatment and then transferred on to
Johannesburg where she is in intensive care. It
is hoped that she will have an operation to
stabilise a pelvic fracture and she has other
internal injuries that require specialist
management. Her mother has flown out to
Johannesburg to be with her. Two other people in
the vehicle were also injured. Please
pray for
a good recovery for all concerned.
Pray,
too, that the
Kalene Hospital staff will be helped to
carry out
Helen’s heavy workload in her absence.
