Opening
Conference: 10th March, 2007
This was held on Saturday, 10th
March, in the afternoon from 3:00 pm with a time for Prayer and
Praise followed by an open Bible Reading on
John 17.
Tea was provided between 4:15 to 5:45 pm.
In the evening ministry of God's
Word was given by Dr W. E. F. Naismith (Largs) who spoke on
the fruit of the Spirit (Gal 5:22-23),
and by Mr Ian Robertson (Auchinleck) who spoke on "The consequences
of sin", (Rom 6:1-2).
Both meetings were very well
attended with about 40 for the afternoon session and
 over
70 for the ministry of God's Word in the evening. Many "old" friends
of the Assembly joined with us for this special occasion and we are
grateful for their support.
