BANGLADESH
Stewart McKenzie, who served the Lord in East
Pakistan (now known as Bangladesh) for a number of years was
taken Home last Saturday to be with his Lord and Saviour.
Please pray for his
widow, Gillian, and
the rest of the family at this time in Edinburgh.
JAPAN
Give thanks that
Christine Cowell’s
recent operation was successful.
Please continue to
pray for her as she recovers.
MALAYSIA
Please continue to
pray for
Eric Kirton, that the
Lord will relieve him of his pain and suffering, and that he
and the family may know the Lord’s peace, presence and
comfort.
BRAZIL
Jeff and Denise Watson report that a four-day camp at
Foz, went very well,
despite bad weather. Two young men were saved, and two more
have since decided to give their hearts to the Lord. Also, a
group of ten people have expressed a desire to gather on a
Saturday afternoon to sing and learn more, so please
continue to pray that
blessing will follow.
JAMAICA
Winston
and Nurkle Litchmore advise that they will be having
Keswick
Bible teaching sessions this week.
Winston is one of the
lunchtime speakers, and will speak over four days from
27th February to 2nd March.
Pray for the Lord’s help for him and for a time of
blessing for all who attend.
EASTERN EUROPE
Martin and Margaret Baker are visiting assemblies in
the south of Poland
from
26th February to 5th March.
Pray for Martin
as he ministers the Word of God to the believers.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
Continue to
pray for
Noel and Liza McMeekin,
who are currently involved in the annual
Postal
Bible School prize givings. This week, prize givings
will be held on 28th
at Edgeworthstown,
and 2nd March at Mountrath,
Cashel and
Carlow.
Pray for safety as
Noel and Liza travel many miles during these weeks.
