Brian Howden continues with his visit to the Saurimo area until the 12th December. Until then he is spending 8 days in a number of Meetings with Assemblies in the Xa-Muteba area. They would very much value our prayers.

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO

Please pray for William Rew (left), who has had to return to the UK for medical treatment. Mary Ratter (Katoka) accompanied him on the flight.

JAPAN

David and Esther Dexter (Miyazaki) ask for prayer for a 92 year-old lady, Mrs A, who came to the recent farewell meal for the missionary couple from South Africa. She was impressed by the unity of the believers despite their differing backgrounds, and commented that she had never seen anything like it before. Pray that God will speak powerfully to her. Special Christmas outreaches are planned in the assembly on 6th and 20th December. Pray for those who attend, that they will be touched by the Christmas message.

NORWAY

Give thanks that Margaret Hewitt has now been home from hospital for two weeks. She is grateful to those who sent cards and letters of encouragement. Please pray for her continued recovery.
