Prayer Requests for Week Commencing 30-03-09

The following information comes mainly from the Echoes weekly prayer bulletin and further details can be found on their web site. Other prayer requests have come from direct communication with the missionary involved.  The prayer requests listed here are, as far as is sensibly practical, for activities that are happening on the particular week. A list of previous weekly Missionary Prayer requests can be found here.

The Assembly also publishes a monthly Missionary Prayer Newsletter, for prayer requests on a longer time-scale, but this is not currently available on the web site.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

Noel and Liza McMeekin continue with their Postal Bible School prize givings and this week are in Carrigaline on 3rd April, and in Clonakilty on 4th.  Please pray for encouragement for Noel and Liza, and that the Lord will continue to speak to those who have heard the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ over the past couple of months and that the seed sown will bear fruit in due course.

Colin and Rosemary Sheldon (Dublin) are visiting Romania from 4th-18th April, spending most of their time in Transylvania and amongst Hungarian-speaking people. Please pray for safe travel and a time of good fellowship.

Andrew and Lorna Burt (Enniscorthy) (left) ask for prayer for a weekend away with the young people which takes place in April. They are going to an outdoor activity centre in Wicklow.
